There are different currencies in my administration.

That is not a problem at all. Spic&Scan is programmed to take different currencies into account.

We have a special relationship with the European Central Bank (ECB) and all currencies are converted into euros and also displayed in this way. In the analysis of the currency you will see that the original currency is also shown here.

The basic principle that we use here is that the date on which the purchase order is made is considered as the date of the obligation. The currency exchange rate of that date is used to convert to a value in euros.
