There are different currencies in my administration.

No problem — fill in a valid 3-letter currency code (e.g. USD, GBP) in the "Valuta" column for each row that isn't in euros. Spic&Scan automatically converts these amounts to EUR using the official European Central Bank exchange rate for the transaction date in that row. Rows without a Valuta value are assumed to already be in EUR.
